August 27, 2019 at approximately 4:46 pm two inmates wanted for murder, arson and burglary charges escaped while being transported from Blannding Utah to Pima County. The two suspects identified as Blane Barksdale and Susan Barksdale are wanted for the murder of Frank Bligh, 72 Tucson resident. Police have noted that the two may be traveling through AZ.
